Auto has no RTO information. The rider has an extra helmet which is unusual in the midst of motorists wearing helmets just to avoid ‘harassment’ by traffic police!
The helmet covers the number plate instead of the rider’s head!
An auto coming on the right(wrong) side unmindful of the oncoming vehicles and a biker cutting across and turning right unconcerned about the traffic coming from the right are familiar sights on Chennai roads.
Do or Die, Kill or Be Killed maybe correct on the battle field but not on roads!
