Auto has no RTO information. The rider has an extra helmet which is unusual in the midst of motorists wearing helmets just to avoid ‘harassment’ by traffic police!
The helmet covers the number plate instead of the rider’s head!

This is how our motorists(99% educated) cut through to avoid going towards CIT ngr and take a U turn to enter Venkatnarayana Road. They are not bothered about the danger/inconvenience to them and others. Police of course are not bothered. May be they feel, if something happens, so much less motorists…?!
